This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Cultivate and expand a portfolio dedicated to marine-oriented business.

• Engage with clients in the yacht, charter, commercial marine, and specialty marine sectors.

• Establish robust relationships with carriers, brokers, and partners within the marine industry.

• Offer consultative advice to clients facing complex or distinctive marine risks.

• Collaborate with internal teams to provide outstanding service and customized solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive knowledge of marine insurance; AMIM designation is advantageous.

• Proven experience in producing or supporting yacht, charter, commercial marine, or specialty marine accounts.

• Valid Property & Casualty license is required.

• Commitment to specialization rather than high-volume, multi-line sales.

• Excellent skills in building relationships.

• Consultative approach to sales.

• This is not an entry-level position.
