This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Manage multiple projects from inception to completion while overseeing their backlogs.
• Follow production timelines, ensure prompt release submissions, and meet approval deadlines.
• Enable collaboration between departments to gather assets and relay project updates.
• Act as the primary contact for matters related to publishing and collaborate with development project leads.
• Work alongside both internal and external studios.
• Oversee project schedules, roadmaps, and budgets for several concurrent projects.
• Create and uphold production timelines, milestones, and approval protocols.
• Guarantee project quality and coordinate publishing services, including QA and localization.
• Manage IP collaborations and secure approvals from external IP owners.
• Organize assets, pricing, metadata, key management/distribution, and localization teams for store listings.
• Monitor essential project milestones and collaborate closely with licensing partners for approvals.
• Assist in the launch of various small PC and console titles throughout the year.
• 3 - 4 years of experience in PC and console game production.
• Successfully shipped at least 2 titles on different platforms within the past three years.
• Capability to produce, manage, and lead projects across various departments.
• Familiarity with first-party submission platforms and their associated forms.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong abilities in presentation, reporting, and organization.
• Experience handling multiple projects at the same time.
• Proficient in critical thinking and problem-solving; adept at identifying obstacles and proposing solutions.
• Knowledge of legacy games and platforms.
• Experience with task tracking systems like Asana.
• Background as a release manager for PC and console games.
• Familiarity with first-party backend platforms such as NDP, Playstation Partners, Partner Center, and Steamworks.
• Experience with emulation technologies.
• Proficiency in Google Suites.
• Skills in Miro and visual workflow creation.
• Understanding of FTP clients.
• Comfort in using AI tools to enhance production workflows.
