This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Manage daily updates to the website, routine content modifications, media replacements, and minor enhancements across multiple active digital platforms.
• Organize, package, and monitor production assets, creative deliverables, and site content to facilitate seamless transitions to design and technical teams.
• Collaborate effectively with internal producers, developers, and creative teams to synchronize schedules, eliminate obstacles, and sustain project momentum.
• Maintain project timelines through detailed task lists, well-organized meeting notes, and actionable items.
• Assist in preparing presentations for both internal stakeholders and clients, including the coordination of meetings.
• Support resource management, which includes the onboarding of new team members.
• Help in the development of project estimates and schedules.
• Actively seek opportunities to enhance workflow efficiency and the quality of output.
• 1–2 years of experience in a digital agency, production, and/or web coordination role.
• A minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience in a technology-oriented environment.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Capable of effectively communicating with internal teams.
• Proficient in managing and prioritizing overlapping deadlines.
• Adaptable in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
• A positive and proactive team player.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace (e.g., Google Drive, Calendar, Gmail).
• Experience with Figma, Jira, or other project management tools is a plus.
• Previous client-facing experience is an advantage.
