This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Enhance the journeys of developers, users, and agents: Gain insights into how developers, enterprise platform teams, partners, customers, and their agents utilize NVIDIA AI software, then design clear technical paths supported by documentation, code samples, demonstrations, and deployment guidance.
• Illustrate enterprise AI software workflows: Create demonstrations, reference examples, notebooks, and sample applications that illustrate how NVIDIA AI software components integrate throughout model development, inference, RAG, agentic AI, evaluation, deployment, and operations.
• Develop engaging technical resources: Foster adoption by producing public-facing materials such as product documentation, deployment guides, reference architectures, tutorials, blog articles, whitepapers, technical presentations, webinars, demo videos, and code samples.
• Establish automation and documentation-as-code processes: Generate repeatable examples and publishing workflows utilizing Git-based documentation, CI/CD, scripts, templates, and AI-assisted documentation or skills where applicable.
• Empower the field and partner ecosystem: Assist solution architects, sales teams, cloud partners, ISVs, and ecosystem teams with technical resources that aid them in explaining, deploying, and integrating NVIDIA enterprise AI software.
• Collaborate across the technology stack: Partner closely with Technical Marketing Engineering, Product Management, Engineering, Developer Relations, Field, and Marketing teams to convert product capabilities into actionable adoption strategies.
• Gather feedback and enhance the product experience: Leverage insights from customers, partners, developers, and field personnel to pinpoint gaps in usability, examples, documentation, deployment patterns, and product workflows.
• Connect with the developer and open-source community: Champion NVIDIA AI software within developer, cloud-native, and open-source environments, promoting adoption through clear examples and effective technical storytelling.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI/ML, Data Science, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Over 12 years of demonstrated experience in technical marketing engineering, software development, developer relations, solution architecture, technical writing, product engineering, or a similar technical role.
• Practical experience in building, deploying, or explaining AI/ML, generative AI, RAG, agentic AI, LLM-based applications, inference services, or enterprise software workflows.
• Background in creating customer-facing technical resources, including product documentation, deployment guides, code samples, tutorials, whitepapers, blog articles, presentations, webinars, or demo videos.
• Established expertise in cloud-native software development and deployment patterns, including containers, Kubernetes, Helm, APIs, SDKs, CI/CD, and Git-based workflows.
• Strong technical acumen with the ability to comprehend engineering advancements, make informed decisions, justify technical viewpoints, and convert complex details into practical content.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and visual communication skills, combined with strong cross-functional collaboration abilities, capable of managing multiple projects, prioritizing under tight deadlines, and working effectively with engineering, product, field, marketing, and partner teams.
