• Provide technical governance for programs of high complexity.

• Create and implement playbooks aimed at enhancing development productivity.

• Serve as the primary technical authority within "Expert Services".

• Lead significant technical discovery processes and negotiations.

• Set global standards for Prompt Engineering and AI-native best practices.

• Mentor and empower technical leads from customers and partners.

• Conduct system audits and assess architectural health.

• Promote public thought leadership through writing articles and delivering conference presentations.

• Identify and address architectural risks across various project portfolios.

• Transform visionary business objectives into comprehensive multi-stream delivery plans.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in software engineering.

• In-depth expertise in Agentic architectures, particularly in massive-scale orchestration, memory management, and reasoning structures.

• Proficient in the OutSystems Agentic Platform and its related stacks (.NET, CSS, JS, SQL).

• Advanced understanding of DevOps strategies and automated delivery lifecycles.

• Certified as an OutSystems Expert Developer with Advanced AI/Architecture qualifications.
