Senior Technical Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Design and execute enterprise-level production solutions.

• Implement and sustain new features and functionalities while consistently enhancing technical products and services.

• Develop and disseminate technical knowledge within the team and organization.

• Adhere to industry and organizational best practices and standards.

• Engage in communities of practice and contribute to ongoing improvement efforts.

• Automate workflows and create solutions that are maintainable, supportable, and testable.

• Stay updated with technology trends and innovations.

• Provide operational support and troubleshooting for products and services.

• Maintain controls and documentation to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.

• Offer coaching and training to new or less experienced team members.

• Collaborate with self-directed, cross-functional, and product-oriented teams.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technology field or a comparable combination of education and work experience.

• Over 4 years of experience in .NET web development.

• Recent experience with VB.NET or C# in enterprise web and API development.

• Proven track record of producing enterprise-level production solutions.

• Demonstrable full-stack development experience.

• Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.

• Openness to working in a highly collaborative environment.

• Solid understanding and practical experience with contemporary software development practices, tools, and/or hardware technologies.

• Knowledge of common IT security best practices.
