Forward Deployed Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with clients to identify operational challenges and define success metrics

• Convert open-ended issues into precise technical designs and implementations

• Develop AI agents that seamlessly integrate with customer systems to execute real tasks

• Manage deployments, ensuring reliability, performance, and ongoing enhancement

• Test with actual data, evaluate results, and refine based on findings

• Work closely with Product & Engineering to deliver high-quality solutions

• Contribute to tools, documentation, and best practices to enhance customer delivery

• Tackle high-impact, real-world challenges in partnership with enterprise clients

• Take ownership of projects from problem identification and system design to launch and iteration

• Drive business outcomes through dependable production results

⛳️ Requirements

• Must reside in Monterrey

• Over 5 years of experience in software engineering or technical problem-solving roles

• Strong foundation in software design and system thinking

• Experience working across various systems, integrations, and data flows

• Comfortable engaging with customers and managing ambiguous challenges

• Excellent communication skills with a strong sense of ownership

• Eagerness and interest in developing practical AI-powered systems

• Experience with live coding interviews, or a willingness to prepare if necessary (application requirement)
