Senior Technical Designer – Medidata RAVE Certification Required

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom, +4 more countries.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement strategies to address global technical service challenges related to Medidata RAVE EDC.

• Create eCRFs within the leading EDC Rave system.

• Prepare and/or review both draft and final eCRF and edit check specifications for designated projects.

• Engage in sponsor meetings and audits/inspections.

• Support Managers in gathering data for productivity, quality, timelines, and resource planning.

• Execute quality control procedures during specification development.

• Lead team meetings and offer guidance to Programmers and Data Managers.

• Participate in EDC study validation when necessary.

• Develop and maintain library objects within Global Libraries.

• Ensure adherence to standard object usage across the organization.

• Conduct specification development for study builds and database design in accordance with standard procedures.

• Oversee eCRF design within assigned projects, focusing on client-facing and project management aspects.

⛳️ Requirements

• Medidata Rave EDC Certified Study Builder certification.

• Prior experience with protocol interpretation and constructing/programming databases in RAVE.

• Proficient in English, both spoken and written.

• Technical skills in screen design and programming edits in RAVE and Inform.

• Strong understanding of drug development processes and Clinical Data Management Programming.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.

• Effective oral and written communication skills.

• Familiarity with clinical trial processes and data management, biometrics, and systems applications to enhance operations is preferred.

• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.

• Strong time management skills with the capability to meet tight deadlines while upholding high quality standards.

• A minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience, including data management and/or database programming and specification design activities.

• Experience with Medidata RAVE and protocol interpretation is highly preferred.
