Senior Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Develop captivating designs for websites, social media platforms, digital marketing initiatives, presentations, and promotional materials.

• Interpret business needs and creative briefs into compelling visual concepts.

• Ensure adherence to brand guidelines across all design outputs.

• Leverage AI tools to aid in concept development, image creation, content generation, and process enhancement.

• Work collaboratively with marketing, content, development, and product teams.

• Showcase design concepts and articulate the rationale behind creative choices to clients and internal stakeholders.

• Evaluate designs, offer constructive feedback, and mentor junior designers.

• Oversee multiple projects while upholding quality standards and meeting deadlines.

• Remain informed about design trends, new technologies, and AI-driven creative methodologies.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5 years of professional experience in graphic, visual, or digital design.

• A robust portfolio showcasing creativity, visual storytelling, and meticulous attention to detail.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and other essential design tools.

• Practical experience with AI-enhanced design and content-generation tools.

• Exceptional communication skills in English.

• Strong grasp of typography, color theory, composition, branding, and layout.

• Capability to accept feedback and communicate effectively with clients and team members.

• Excellent time management and problem-solving skills.

• Experience in UI/UX, motion graphics, video editing, or within a digital agency setting is a plus.
