Creative Services Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Conceptualize, design, and produce multimedia that reinforces the brand and resonates with target audiences.

• Assist in demand-generation campaigns, webinars, advertisements, social media initiatives, and events throughout the sales funnel.

• Own and manage the internal product support library, which includes designing and updating documentation across the sales funnel.

• Create briefing decks in PowerPoint for stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignment with brand standards.

• Collaborate with the web design team to design and enhance positioning graphics for demand generation.

• Develop custom PowerPoint templates and presentations.

• Produce product one-sheets.

• Create mood boards and conceptual layouts.

• Design social media graphics and banners.

• Produce eBooks.

• Develop email templates and digital advertisements.

• Create infographics and data visualizations.

• Design UI elements and assets for web and mobile applications.

• Provide support for events through booth designs, signage, and table tents.

• Create digital illustrations.

• Perform photo retouching and manipulation.

• Report directly to the Creative Services Manager.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least one year of experience in protecting, guiding, and maintaining a corporate brand.

• A portfolio showcasing previous and current work is required for consideration.

• Experience utilizing AI tools to enhance design work and streamline production processes.

• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and Figma.

• Familiarity with project management tools or systems.

• Motion design skills are preferred: ability to storyboard and produce engaging product explainer videos.

• Willingness to work in the Southern California area and come into the Costa Mesa office for collaboration when necessary.
