This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Amplify technical expertise among customers, partners, and customer-facing teams through the development of technical content, education, and enablement initiatives.
• Design and implement technical enablement programs, which include certifications, workshops, and training for partners.
• Generate technical content and immersive learning experiences tailored for practitioners.
• Manage competitive technical marketing resources, encompassing battlecards, technical comparisons, and proof points.
• Conceptualize and execute technical enablement programs, certifications, workshops, and practical learning experiences.
• Produce solution guides, blogs, whitepapers, playbooks, demo guides, FAQs, and content specifically aimed at practitioners.
• Create and sustain competitive technical marketing resources and demo instructions.
• Assist in product launches by providing technical content, training, and enablement in collaboration with Product Marketing.
• Convert product capabilities and research into accessible technical resources for customers alongside Product Management and Censys ARC.
• Collect feedback to enhance technical content and enablement continuously.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in cybersecurity within Technical Marketing, Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, Technical Customer Success, Product Management, Product Marketing, or a similar technical customer-facing position.
• Proficiency in Security Operations, Threat Intelligence, Threat Hunting, Exposure Management, Attack Surface Management, or corresponding cybersecurity technologies.
• Outstanding technical writing, communication, and presentation abilities.
• Proven experience in creating technical content, sales enablement, partner enablement, training, certification, or educational programs.
• Strong technical knowledge and the capacity to comprehend complex products, customer workflows, and technical architectures.
• Experience in conducting technical workshops, customer education sessions, demos, or instructor-led training.
• Capability to independently manage multiple projects while consistently delivering high-quality outcomes.
• Familiarity with internet infrastructure, networking, cloud platforms, or internet-facing security technologies.
• Experience in supporting reseller, MSSP, distributor, or technology partner ecosystems.
