Senior Technical Consultant – Risk & Security – ServiceNow

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Design, configure, implement, integrate, and continuously enhance enterprise ServiceNow GRC/IRM and Security Operations solutions.

• Convert risk, regulatory, compliance, cybersecurity, incident response, vulnerability management, and operational requirements into secure, scalable, maintainable, and upgrade-safe ServiceNow designs.

• Create and deliver AI-driven solutions, intelligent workflows, and reusable accelerators.

• Enhance Atos's ServiceNow offerings and contribute to shaping digital transformation solutions.

• Engage with senior executives, CISOs, risk and compliance leaders, internal audit, control owners, legal and security teams, SOC leadership, incident response teams, vulnerability management teams, architects, and technical delivery personnel.

• Facilitate technical workshops and connect with senior stakeholders.

• Oversee technically intricate implementations.

• Provide mentorship to teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of practical experience with ServiceNow, including GRC/IRM and/or Security Operations (SecOps) implementations.

• Proven track record of delivering multiple end-to-end enterprise ServiceNow implementations.

• In-depth expertise in ServiceNow GRC/IRM, covering Risk, Compliance, Audit, and Operational Risk.

• Strong proficiency in ServiceNow SecOps, including Security Incident Response, Vulnerability Response, and Threat Intelligence.

• Expertise in CMDB, CSDM, integrations, workflows, reporting, and security architecture.

• Advanced skills in ServiceNow development/configuration: JavaScript, Glide APIs, REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and Flow Designer.

• Experience in integrating ServiceNow with SIEM/SOAR platforms, vulnerability scanners, identity and security tools, cloud security solutions, and enterprise applications.

• Demonstrated ability to lead technical workshops and engage senior stakeholders, including CISOs, security leaders, and risk and compliance teams.

• Strong experience in translating business, risk, compliance, and cybersecurity requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions.

• Proven leadership in managing technically complex implementations and mentoring teams.

• Current ServiceNow certification in one or more of the following: CIS - Risk & Compliance, CIS - Security Incident Response, CIS - Vulnerability Response, or equivalent current ServiceNow certifications.

• A minimum of 3 ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications.

• ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) is highly desirable.

• Preferred certifications include ServiceNow CSA and/or CAD; CISSP, CISM, GIAC, CEH, Security+ or equivalent cybersecurity certifications.

• Background in domains such as cybersecurity, risk management, compliance, audit, incident response, or vulnerability management is preferred.

• Experience in large enterprises, regulated environments, financial services, healthcare, government, or critical infrastructure settings.

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Strong problem-solving and consulting abilities.

• Capability to work independently and juggle multiple priorities.

• Experience in presenting to both executive and technical audiences.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are essential.
