📋 Description

• Create ServiceNow applications utilizing the AppEngine, CSM, and additional modules.

• Guarantee high-quality, high-performance outputs that align with business requirements.

• Work collaboratively with the Product Owner, Technical Lead, and Architect to comprehend requirements and devise solutions.

• Integrate systems using REST and SOAP APIs as well as microservices, ensuring seamless interoperability.

• Confirm that developed solutions fulfill specified functional and non-functional requirements.

• Leverage business insights to link technical solutions with project needs.

• Estimate the effort required for requests and items in the product backlog.

• Recognize technical risks.

• Deploy software packages to development, testing, and production environments.

• Ensure that services are adequately documented and made accessible in the appropriate tools.

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical experience in developing and maintaining ServiceNow applications, including configuration, customization, and integrations within the AppEngine and CSM modules using Client Scripts, Script Includes, Portal Widgets, Flow Designer, and Record Producers.

• Familiarity with REST and SOAP integrations as well as microservices.

• Understanding of Agile methodologies (SCRUM/Kanban).

• ServiceNow CSA and CAD certifications are advantageous.
