Senior Technical Consultant – Coronary & Renal Denervation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Austria.

📋 Description

• Facilitate and implement initial training sessions for the CathWorks (CWX) suite, which includes observing users, delivering theoretical instruction, and supporting initial clinical procedures.

• Aid in the adoption of the CWX suite during the initial implementation phase by partnering with local Sales Representatives (SRs) and ensuring that activities are monitored and evaluated in alignment with the WE HQ team.

• Organize follow-up training sessions for both new and existing users, especially when new tools or features are introduced.

• Educate local SRs during live and demonstration cases to assist them in achieving certification for proficient use of the technology.

• Support local commercial teams (SRs, Marketing) in presenting products and conducting demo cases in targeted accounts.

• Provide "train the trainer" resources to hospital staff, empowering them to train their own personnel on the CWX suite independently.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in biomedical engineering or a related field.

• At least 4 years of experience in Computer Science or technology implementation within the healthcare sector, focusing on medical systems integration.

• Strong understanding of angiograms and cardiac anatomy, with proven expertise in imaging technologies.

• Demonstrated project management capabilities, including the ability to plan, coordinate, and execute programs while achieving timelines and objectives.

• Outstanding customer service and communication skills to proactively address issues and collaborate with a variety of stakeholders, including healthcare professionals and hospital personnel.

• Willingness and capability to travel extensively, up to 80% of the time, within the country of residence and throughout key European Union (EU) nations.
