Senior Technical Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Offer contractor site reachback assistance for the M-Code Aviation Receivers Joint Program Office (MAR JPO)

• Deliver expert-level consulting for programmatic and technical Studies & Analysis tasks, including Product Support Business Case Analysis

• Provide specialized consulting in specific programmatic areas

• Facilitate the execution of Studies & Analysis tasks

• Perform trade studies on acquisition and support strategies

• Recommend best practices and approaches

• Complete Multi-GNSS User Equipment PS-BCA utilizing a structured methodology

• Create documents that enhance decision-making by identifying and comparing alternatives

• Assess mission and business impacts, including both financial and non-financial aspects

• Conduct risk and sensitivity analyses

• Formulate recommendations and courses of action

• Execute trade studies related to MAGR-2K-M Resiliency, handheld GPS receiver acquisition strategies, OSS&E, MGUE Source of Supply, Open Architecture methodologies, and antenna modernization acquisition strategies

• Carry out thorough analyses of intricate programmatic issues

• Compile comprehensive reports and recommendations

• Prepare briefings for senior leadership

• Assist in decision documentation and rationales

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a U.S. citizen

• Must possess and maintain a TS/SCI level clearance

• Bachelor's Degree required

• At least 20 years of DoD acquisition or technical consulting experience

• Background in Product Support and business case analysis

• Extensive knowledge of GPS/GNSS programs

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

• Familiarity with cost-benefit analysis and decision analysis methodologies

• Exceptional technical writing and presentation abilities

• Capability to work independently and produce high-quality products

• Preferred: Master's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field

• Preferred: 15 years of DoD acquisition or technical consulting experience
