This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Facilitate sessions for gathering requirements with client stakeholders and design SAP Finance solutions.

• Conduct business process design and system analysis within SAP Finance and SAP Public Sector Financials.

• Configure SAP Funds Management to monitor and manage detailed budgets.

• Develop and sustain budgets across fund structures, funds centers, and commitment item frameworks.

• Assist in the configuration and upkeep of General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Asset Accounting processes.

• Collaborate with technical counterparts to ensure that technical solutions align with functional requirements.

• Coordinate efforts with architects, developers, technical services teams, and business analysts.

• Aid in the maintenance, enhancement, and development of SAP modules and interfaces.

• Create and implement test plans, document outcomes, and assist in resolving defects.

• Draft functional specifications, configuration documentation, and training materials for end-users.

• Engage in quality assurance activities while safeguarding sensitive information in accordance with security policies.

• Execute other related duties as assigned by the direct supervisor.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Information Systems, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.

• 1 to 3 years of relevant experience with a bachelor’s degree, or 3 to 5 years of relevant experience without a bachelor’s degree.

• At least 2 years of experience with SAP ECC Finance.

• Familiarity with one or more SAP Finance domains: General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, or Funds Management.

• Experience with SAP Public Sector Financials.

• Knowledge of Funds Management configuration, including budget creation across fund, funds center, and commitment item structures.

• Proven experience in writing and executing test plans.

• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Must be eligible to acquire and maintain an active government clearance.

• U.S. citizenship is required.
