Senior Strategic Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North America.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the Solution Owner on solution design while taking ownership of execution and detailed configuration for key functional areas.

• Step into the Solution Owner role for smaller projects in the absence of an assigned Solution Owner.

• Facilitate in-depth business process mapping sessions to uncover pain points and establish target-state processes.

• Implement operational optimization projects aimed at enhancing workflows and boosting productivity.

• Provide assessments of technical feasibility for configuration requests within the core platform.

• Identify technical triggers that necessitate collaboration with the Solution Architect or other technical experts.

• Engage in discussions to resolve solution or configuration issues.

• Collaborate with the Project Manager and Solution Owner to manage communication and facilitate resolution.

• Consult with the Data Engineer to ensure that configured solutions align with data transformation requirements.

• Play a role in developing and executing customer change management and adoption strategies.

• Serve as a trusted advisor to key users, providing guidance on Bullhorn best practices and operational trade-offs.

• Execute, enhance, and oversee crucial segments of end-to-end solution delivery during implementation and consulting projects.

• Ensure that technical configuration and design align with and optimize customer business needs.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4–7+ years of overall experience.

• Extensive direct involvement in the staffing industry or complex SaaS implementations.

• Proven ability to execute, configure, and optimize intricate business processes.

• Track record of successfully managing configuration for ATS/CRM implementation projects.

• Experience providing consulting services to small and mid-sized staffing agencies.

• Experience leading the implementation and configuration of complex business solutions within a specified architectural framework.

• Demonstrated expertise in the technical stack, enabling confident independent configuration and delivery of solutions.

• In-depth understanding of recruiter workflows, client fulfillment cycles, and critical business drivers within the staffing sector (preferred).

• Solid grasp of Business Process Optimization principles.

• Familiarity with Change Management and User Adoption principles.

• Certifications that enhance credibility: Certified Staffing Professional (CSP – ASA), Project Management Professional (PMP), or Lean Six Sigma certification.
