Behavior Consultant, ABA

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Provide direct care and supervisory responsibilities.

• Conduct assessments for clients.

• Monitor clients to recognize target behaviors.

• Work collaboratively with clients aged 2–21, their families, and various service providers.

• Create Individualized Treatment Plans that emphasize the child's, family's, and educational, social, and recreational strengths, as well as areas for enhancement.

• Continue to develop and evaluate preference assessments, reinforcement strategies, and rehabilitative activities as prescribed by a licensed psychologist or psychiatrist, ensuring alignment with the ITP.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Master’s degree is required.

• Must be licensed in Pennsylvania/Commonwealth in one of the following: Psychiatrist, Psychologist, Professional Counselor (LPC), Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner with a mental health certification (CRNP), Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Social Worker (LSW), or Behavior Specialist (LBS).

• Professional practice must include the oversight of ABA services.

• One of the following qualifications: BCaBA certification or other bachelor’s-level certification; or at least 1 year of full-time experience delivering ABA services and 12 credits in ABA; or at least 1 year of full-time experience providing ABA services under the supervision of a BCBA or other master’s-level certification in behavior analysis, along with 40 hours of ABA-related training; or a Pennsylvania psychologist license with at least 1 year of full-time ABA experience and 40 hours of ABA-related training.
