Senior Solution Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Provide guidance to enterprise clients assessing Blitzy regarding technical architecture and implementation.

• Facilitate technical discussions that encompass software architecture, CI/CD, cloud infrastructure, APIs, and developer workflows.

• Conduct proofs-of-concept to showcase measurable business impacts.

• Assist customers in integrating Blitzy within their current development environments.

• Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams throughout the customer journey.

• Convert customer feedback into actionable product enhancements and strategic roadmap insights.

• Establish trusted relationships with technical stakeholders and executives.

• Promote post-sale adoption and growth across teams and products.

• Act as the technical liaison between Blitzy's CTO, AI Engineering team, and client teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in software engineering, solutions consulting, solutions architecture, or technical leadership.

• In-depth understanding of enterprise software development and contemporary engineering practices.

• Proficient in cloud infrastructure, APIs, DevOps, CI/CD, and microservices.

• Capability to clearly communicate technical concepts to both engineers and executives.

• Experience working with enterprise clients or within complex technical environments.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and comfort operating in fast-paced settings.

• Background as an Engineering Manager, Technical Lead, or Solutions Architect.

• Familiarity with AI/ML technologies or AI-driven products.

• Experience with enterprise SaaS or developer tooling.

• Proven track record of assisting organizations in modernizing engineering workflows.
