This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee and manage the post-sale product launch process, collaborating with Marketing, Product, and Operations, from team enablement to member rollout.

• Develop and implement strategies that encourage members to transition from initial use to regular usage.

• Broaden the channels and techniques used to inform members about all features, products, and services available in their current or upgraded plan.

• Empower post-sale teams to effectively support and communicate the value of each product or tool release.

• Lead essential initiatives aimed at enhancing value realization for members.

• Ensure timely launches with teams prepared to support and articulate their value.

• Increase the adoption and engagement of both new and core features.

• Promote stronger renewals and expansions through active member engagement.

• Provide ongoing product insights based on member feedback.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years in product marketing, customer enablement, or a related field.

• Proven history of successful launches that resulted in genuine adoption.

• Comfort and confidence in presenting to enterprise-level clients.

• Strong writing abilities along with comfort in working with data.

• Willingness to travel approximately once a month.

• Preferred: experience in cybersecurity and/or working with executive clients.
