Digital Adoption Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with market and branch leaders to achieve digital adoption objectives and align new tools with operational priorities.

• Assist in the implementation processes of pilots, launches, and post-launch evaluations, providing hands-on support during initial adoption phases.

• Monitor adoption metrics, analyze user feedback, and pinpoint opportunities to enhance engagement and derive value from digital tools.

• Aid teams in incorporating new tools into their daily workflows and managing transitions associated with AI and other digital capabilities.

• Act as a liaison between Operations and Product or Technology teams, offering field insights and coordinating responses to user requirements.

• Support user testing and maintain communication with stakeholders throughout the rollout process.

• Collaborate with Learning and Development to facilitate role-specific training and promote new working methods.

• Identify and escalate challenges related to adoption, assist in cross-functional problem-solving, and share updates on progress and success stories.

• Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in digital transformation, technology adoption, change management, or enterprise platform implementation.

• Experience collaborating with market or branch-level leaders.

• Proven track record in supporting the adoption of new technologies or digital platforms.

• Familiarity with title and settlement operations.

• Ability to grasp how technology impacts daily operations.

• Skills in change management and stakeholder engagement.

• Capability to translate user needs into product and operational enhancements.

• Excellent communication, facilitation, and relationship-building abilities.

• Ability to work effectively across Operations, Product, Technology, and Learning and Development.

• Comfort in a rapidly changing, innovation-focused environment.

• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
