Senior Technical Adoption Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany, +2 more countries.

📋 Description

• Facilitate coaching sessions on product and workflow to assist strategic clients in adopting Autodesk solutions and activating essential workflows.

• Perform coaching discovery calls to gain insights into customer workflows, identify adoption challenges, assess learning requirements, and clarify desired outcomes.

• Serve as a trusted technical advisor, showcasing thought leadership and product knowledge to assist customers in achieving their business goals using Autodesk technology.

• Create, update, and sustain enablement materials, learning resources, and digital assets that support the delivery of coaching and address customer workflow challenges.

• Conduct live coaching and scalable group enablement sessions for end users, offering workflow-specific guidance and sharing best practices.

• Provide support to medium and large strategic customers globally through the Technical Adoption team within Customer Success Management.

⛳️ Requirements

• In-depth understanding of the Design and Manufacturing industry's requirements and workflows.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

• Proficient knowledge of Autodesk Inventor, Vault, or Fusion Manage in a production context.

• 5–6 years of experience in Design & Manufacturing or a related discipline.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical information clearly to both live and virtual audiences.

• Capacity to adapt and learn swiftly in a dynamic environment.

• Proficiency in English and German.

• Experience in technical consulting and/or delivering technical projects for large, demanding clients or customers.

• Additional familiarity with Autodesk Fusion, Fusion Manage, and Autodesk Construction Cloud/Forma is advantageous.
