Senior Technical Account Manager, Microsegmentation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Serve as the primary technical liaison and trusted consultant for Akamai Zero Trust solutions.

• Design customer experiences and aid clients in reaching their designated milestones.

• Identify and evaluate customer needs while offering technical suggestions for new features, products, and services.

• Consistently review implementations to spot gaps and deliver recommendations for best practices and optimizations.

• Facilitate integration between Akamai Zero Trust solutions and external third-party systems.

• Provide technical training to client teams regarding the usage and maintenance of implemented Akamai products.

• Ensure that customers fully utilize Akamai's Zero Trust solutions to foster their growth and success.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering.

• A technical background with practical experience in cybersecurity.

• Proven experience in establishing trusted customer relationships as the main technical contact.

• Proficiency in infrastructure design and optimization across both on-premises and cloud environments.

• Capability to formulate strategies that leverage Akamai products effectively.

• Outstanding problem-solving skills with a strong ability to analyze and resolve issues.

• Advanced proficiency and complete fluency in both written and spoken English.
