Senior Technical Account Manager, Microsegmentation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Lead a significant deployment initiative.

• Develop, innovate, and enhance performance and security strategies.

• Act as the primary contact for technical vendor-related matters with the customer.

• Offer product best practices and design guidance to enhance technical and business results.

• Monitor scalability and performance over time.

• Collaborate closely with Support and Engineering teams to address issues and enhance customer satisfaction.

• Aid in the deployment, configuration, and customization of the platform.

• Adjust the platform to accommodate changes in the customer's environment.

• Support integration needs between Akamai Zero Trust solutions and third-party applications.

• Update customers on forthcoming features and enhancements.

• Provide training in partnership with the Guardicore training team.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

• 7-10 years of experience in technical customer-facing positions such as Technical Account Manager, Solutions Engineer, or Solutions Architect.

• Familiarity with microsegmentation platforms, EDR, network security, or Zero Trust solutions.

• Experience with cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or GCP.

• Knowledge of Kubernetes is a plus.

• Understanding of networking, security, and operating systems, including Linux and Windows.
