Senior Technical Account Manager, Microsegmentation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Serve as the primary technical liaison for customers, acting as a trusted advisor for Akamai's Zero Trust solutions.

• Collaborate with customers to design a tailored journey and offer support to help them achieve their intended milestones.

• Evaluate and understand customer needs, providing technical recommendations through the introduction of new features, products, and services.

• Regularly assess the deployment to identify gaps and offer best-practice and optimization recommendations.

• Assist with integration needs between Akamai Zero Trust solutions and various third-party solutions.

• Deliver technical training to the customer's team regarding the usage and maintenance of deployed Akamai products.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience along with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering.

• A solid technical background and practical experience in the field of cybersecurity.

• Establish trusted relationships as the main technical contact, ensuring customer success with Akamai Zero Trust solutions.

• Provide expert guidance on infrastructure design and optimization for both on-premises and cloud services while formulating strategies that leverage Akamai's products.

• Exhibit outstanding problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze and resolve issues effectively.

• Proficient or fluent in both English and Spanish.
