This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
β’ Lead the strategic vision for several high-value enterprise accounts, promoting adoption and growth by aligning Docker's capabilities with their long-term business goals.
β’ Serve as the voice of the customer for the product and engineering teams, synthesizing and prioritizing feedback from various accounts to directly influence the Docker product roadmap.
β’ Conduct assessments of platform health and maturity reviews, delivering best practices related to Dockerfiles, images, CI/CD, registry strategy, and governance of secure software supply chains.
β’ Advise customers on AI-assisted development workflows and operational governance, linking Docker's AI capabilities to their broader platform strategies.
β’ Design and implement intricate adoption plans that tackle significant technical and business challenges.
β’ Lead and organize Strategic Business Reviews, showcasing a comprehensive overview of the customer's technical journey and illustrating the strategic value and ROI of their partnership with Docker to senior leadership.
β’ Over 4 years of experience in a customer-facing technical position (e.g., Senior TAM, Principal Solutions Architect, Solution Engineer, or DevOps Consultant), with a proven history of managing and growing high-value enterprise accounts.
β’ Profound, hands-on expertise in containerization, CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, and the broader cloud-native ecosystem.
β’ Demonstrated ability to lead and coordinate technical strategies for multiple, complex accounts, proactively identifying and resolving systemic issues before they escalate.
β’ Outstanding executive presence and communication skills, with a proven track record of establishing trusted relationships with C-level and VP-level stakeholders.
