This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Japan.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance adoption and utilization of the Wiz platform among major clients.
• Offer support during the customer onboarding process and operational setup.
• Act as the liaison between customers and Product Management, Sales, Engineering, and Support teams.
• Function as a reliable technical advisor throughout the deployment, configuration, and operational phases of Wiz.
• Serve as the main technical contact, addressing technical queries and issues via email, Slack, and support tickets.
• Assist customers in formulating measurable success plans that align with their security and compliance goals.
• Oversee the project management of Wiz adoption across various business units.
• Monitor the achievement of business goals and communicate updates to both Wiz and customer stakeholders.
• Contribute to Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and executive briefings.
• Document feature requests and adoption obstacles while collaborating with Product and Engineering teams.
• Manage up to 10 strategic customers, identifying opportunities for expansion, documenting renewal risks, and securing renewals in conjunction with Sales.
• Optimize processes, assist with technical escalations, mentor team members, create documentation, and engage in industry events.
• Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 to 12 years of experience in technical customer-facing roles supporting cloud or cloud-security products.
• In-depth knowledge of cloud services and architecture of at least two cloud service providers (AWS, GCP, Azure, or OCI).
• Hands-on experience deploying and operationalizing Docker and Kubernetes, including relevant security considerations.
• Practical experience with CI/CD, Version Control Systems, and Infrastructure as Code, including understanding security implications.
• Familiarity with Linux and Windows operating system security concepts and troubleshooting.
• Experience managing a portfolio of 5 or more complex enterprise or strategic customers.
• Applicants must possess the legal right to work in Japan without requiring visa sponsorship.
• Preferred: security certifications such as CISSP or CCSP.
• Preferred: advanced certifications from cloud service providers.
• Preferred: understanding of cloud-security best practices, advanced threat models, and intricate CNAPP use cases.
• Preferred: experience in managing executive-level enterprise/strategic client relationships.
• Preferred: strong complex technical problem-solving skills.
• Preferred: experience with CRM and log analysis tools.
• Preferred: capability to manage ambiguous responsibilities and develop processes.
• Preferred: willingness to utilize Slack, email, and support tickets.
