Senior Technical Account Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with customer technical and operational teams to deploy Paxos products and services after the sale across areas such as Brokerage, Money Movement, Orchestration, and Tokenization/Dashboard.

• Deliver customer training, oversee project management, design tests, offer best-practice recommendations, support technical inquiries, and provide assistance during testing.

• Manage and prioritize daily technical and operational requests across a diverse account portfolio, which includes intake, routing, SLAs, and status updates.

• Ensure integration health and reliability by monitoring, setting up alerts, recovering from errors, performing reconciliations, conducting data quality checks, and maintaining environment hygiene from sandbox through to production.

• Oversee change management for releases, updates to API/schema/version, configurations, entitlements, keys/certificates, IP allowlists, and scheduled maintenance windows.

• Implement integration work in accordance with account plans: enable functionalities, adjust integrations, validate processes, roll out updates, and stabilize operations.

• Provide consulting on implementations, including integration patterns, test plans, and readiness for go-live.

• Create and share common patterns, FAQs, runbooks, and usage/SLA/error reports to enhance team knowledge and efficiency.

⛳️ Requirements

• More than 5 years of experience in Implementation Consulting or Technical Account Management within enterprise SaaS, fintech, or financial services.

• Proven history of executing intricate technical implementations over multiple quarters with enterprise clients.

• Strong technical knowledge with the capability to lead API integrations effectively.

• Experience in managing complex relationships with stakeholders.

• Exceptional project management and communication skills.

• Valid authorization to work in the United States.
