📋 Description

• Act as the main contact for significant client accounts

• Establish and nurture robust client relationships

• Manage the onboarding process for multiple clients at once

• Comprehend clients' technical needs and business goals

• Ensure that AI-driven customer support solutions align with client requirements

• Collaborate with sales, product development, and customer support teams

• Address client inquiries and resolve technical challenges

• Cultivate and retain extensive knowledge of AI-powered customer support solutions

• Effectively convey technical information to clients

• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling

• Monitor and report on account metrics, including customer satisfaction and product utilization

• Leverage account metrics to enhance solutions

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, a related field, or equivalent experience

• 2–3+ years of experience in a technical role with hands-on responsibilities

• 2–3+ years of experience in successfully delivering customer implementations

• Strong technical foundation with a grasp of SaaS platforms, APIs, and cloud services

• Excellent project management capabilities and the ability to handle multiple projects concurrently

• Proficient in communicating technical concepts to non-technical audiences

• Outstanding organizational and problem-solving abilities

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

• Willingness to work during EST hours

• Optional: Knowledge of CRM integrations such as Salesforce and Zendesk

• Optional: Understanding of intent-based and generative artificial intelligence

• Optional: Experience with telephony systems like AWS Connect, Five9, and Genesys
