This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada, +1 more country.
β’ Establish and nurture relationships with designated enterprise clients, gaining insight into their technical environment, priorities, and success criteria.
β’ Promote product utilization and operational sophistication in alignment with client objectives.
β’ Perform technical and business assessments to showcase value and pinpoint growth opportunities.
β’ Proactively identify risks and obstacles, formulating strategies to address them.
β’ Act as the main post-sales technical contact and advocate for customers.
β’ Relay customer feedback to the Product, Engineering, and Support teams.
β’ Collaborate with Solutions Engineers on pre-sales transitions, onboarding processes, and ongoing customer success.
β’ Develop reusable best practices, reference architectures, and technical documentation.
β’ Offer expertise on containerization, CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, and trends in developer productivity.
β’ Keep records of customer interactions, health status, and success metrics.
β’ Contribute to standardized Technical Account Manager (TAM) engagement procedures for onboarding, health evaluations, and renewals.
β’ Facilitate scalable initiatives such as large group workshops and digital enablement programs.
β’ Manage the entire lifecycle for a portfolio of strategic or enterprise clients.
β’ Cultivate executive relationships and represent customer interests within Docker.
β’ Mentor new TAMs and design scalable onboarding and engagement frameworks.
β’ Minimum of 4 years in a customer-facing technical position (e.g., TAM, Solutions Architect, DevOps Consultant, Customer Engineer).
β’ Profound knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and cloud-native development methodologies.
β’ Capability to convert technical features into business results and deliver measurable value to clients.
β’ Exceptional communication skills suitable for both technical and executive audiences.
β’ Proficient in recognizing trends and developing long-term strategies that extend beyond isolated solutions.
β’ Comfortable collaborating across various functions within a global, distributed organization.
β’ Experience with developer-first platforms or Product-Led Growth (PLG) models (preferred).
β’ Knowledge of AI/ML infrastructure or agent-based development platforms (preferred).
β’ Previous experience in post-sales or lifecycle management within an infrastructure or SaaS company (preferred).
β’ Must possess legal authorization to work in the country of application.
