Senior Tech Leader

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Offer technical guidance for a diverse team of developers, architects, and QA engineers.

• Make decisions regarding system and software architecture.

• Ensure adherence to technical quality, development standards, and best practices.

• Act as the technical liaison for the client.

• Collaborate closely with the Product Owner on prioritization and enhancement tasks.

• Engage in a long-term strategic initiative focused on architectural refactoring, infrastructure modernization, and developing new services within a large-scale environment.

• Significant experience as a Tech Leader or Software Architect with highly available systems.

• Profound understanding of microservices architecture, APIs, and the data lifecycle.

• Familiarity with AI-driven development methodologies, test automation, and CI/CD practices.

• Capability to communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.

• Adequate seniority and experience to navigate complex legacy environments with multiple dependencies.

• Practical experience with microservices architecture, APIs, and the modernization and refactoring of legacy systems.

• Proven experience as a Tech Lead or Software Architect, providing technical leadership to teams in highly available settings.
