This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design and develop Cure's foundational AI-native platform encompassing models, agent architecture, data, orchestration, APIs, infrastructure, and enterprise integrations.

• Create conversational agents that comprehend account context, tailor engagement, negotiate within policy boundaries, coordinate across multiple channels, and execute actions through enterprise systems.

• Develop the decision-making and personalization engine utilizing machine learning, decision science, experimentation, and behavioral signals.

• Set up data pipelines, feedback loops, offline and online evaluations, observability, guardrails, and human-review mechanisms.

• Ensure design considerations for security, privacy, auditability, explainability, compliance, and dependable performance within regulated environments.

• Collaborate directly with design partners to grasp workflows, implement quickly, assess financial and customer experience outcomes, and scale initial implementations.

• Recruit early engineers and applied AI talent while establishing scalable technical operating practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven track record of building and deploying production systems using language models, dialogue systems, or autonomous agents for intricate customer or enterprise workflows.

• Strong expertise in personalization, ranking or recommendation, experimentation, optimization, predictive modeling, and feedback loops.

• Capability to determine where models should reason, where deterministic systems should control, and how to maintain human involvement in the process.

• Experience with integration into complex enterprise data and workflow environments.

• Background in constructing secure, observable, and reliable enterprise systems.

• Dedication to creating personalized, empathetic, effective, and easily resolvable customer interactions.

• Proven zero-to-one technical leadership, encompassing architecture, pragmatic trade-offs, rapid deployment, and talent recruitment.

• Demonstrated founder-level judgment, curiosity, resilience, urgency, and ownership across product development, technology, talent acquisition, customer deployments, and company-building.

• Direct experience in the collections industry is not mandatory.
