Senior Tech Lead, .Net

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Define and advance the technical strategy, architecture, and design patterns for back-end services utilizing C#, ADO.NET, and SQL Server

• Supervise the implementation, development, and standardization of SOAP and REST APIs, addressing versioning, security, and best practices

• Set standards for unit and integration testing, monitoring, and root-cause analysis for intricate production challenges

• Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to both senior and junior engineers

• Cultivate a culture of engineering excellence and ongoing learning

• Manage the integration of legacy and contemporary systems

• Propel the optimization of CI/CD workflows and automated pipelines

• Collaborate with product managers, stakeholders, and international teams to translate business needs into scalable technical roadmaps

• Direct the engineering team and drive the technical vision, architecture, and delivery of complex back-end software solutions

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience serving as a Tech Lead, Team Lead, or Principal Engineer within a production setting

• Extensive, hands-on experience with .NET Framework and .NET Core

• Strong understanding of ADO.NET and SQL Server

• Demonstrated success in database design, optimization, and performance tuning at scale

• Significant experience in designing and maintaining SOAP and RESTful web services

• Proficient in XML serialization/deserialization

• Expertise in software design patterns, clean architecture, and modern distributed system design

• Outstanding communication and stakeholder-management abilities

• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, multicultural environments

• Advanced/Fluent proficiency in English
