Senior Tech Lead, .Net

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Lead the engineering team while shaping the technical vision, architecture, and delivery of intricate back-end software solutions.

• Define and refine the technical direction, architecture, and design patterns for back-end services.

• Supervise the implementation, evolution, and standardization of SOAP and REST APIs.

• Ensure robust API versioning, security measures, and adherence to best practices.

• Set standards for unit and integration testing, monitoring, and root-cause analysis.

• Conduct code reviews and mentor both senior and junior engineers.

• Promote engineering excellence and foster a culture of continuous learning.

• Oversee the integration of legacy systems with modern technologies.

• Drive the optimization of CI/CD workflows and automated pipelines.

• Collaborate with product managers, stakeholders, and cross-border teams to convert business requirements into scalable technical roadmaps.

• Work closely with a diverse team across Brazil, Colombia, the UK, and the USA.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience serving as a Tech Lead, Team Lead, or Principal Engineer in a production environment.

• Extensive hands-on experience with .NET Framework and .NET Core.

• Strong understanding of ADO.NET and SQL Server.

• Demonstrated experience in database design, optimization, and performance tuning at scale.

• Significant experience in designing and maintaining SOAP and RESTful web services.

• Proficient in XML serialization and deserialization.

• Mastery of software design patterns, clean architecture, and modern distributed system design.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Advanced or fluent proficiency in English.

• Experience with C#, ADO.NET, and SQL Server.

• Expertise in cloud platforms, preferably Azure.

• Familiarity with specification-driven development and agentic approaches to software development.

• Experience leading teams within Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
