Senior Tech Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with a global client in the agribusiness sector as part of a diverse team.

• Engage within the North American Seeds Routes to Market digital ecosystem.

• Convert business visions into detailed technical specifications.

• Present risks and recommendations to stakeholders.

• Work across Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce CRM, web CMS platforms, and Google Analytics 4.

• Contribute to the development of a fresh client engagement and relationship from the ground up.

• Partner directly with a senior marketing technology leader on the client side.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 6 years of experience in IT business analysis, particularly within digital marketing environments.

• Practical experience with at least two of the following: SFMC, SFDC, web CMS, GA4.

• A background in software development.

• Strong agile skills, including backlog grooming, sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives.

• Capable of producing clear, actionable documentation such as user stories, data mapping, process flows, and business rules.

• Proficient in English — both written and spoken.

• Skilled at navigating senior stakeholders with strong opinions.

• Experience with North American digital marketing strategies or route-to-market setups (preferred).

• Background in agribusiness, CPG, or agriculture technology (preferred).

• Familiarity with cross-functional integration testing and QA processes (preferred).

• Experience in utilizing analytics data for product decision-making (preferred).

• Exposure to CI/CD environments (preferred).
