This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Design, prototype, and document sophisticated solutions for Salesforce Order Management and fulfillment.

• Convert intricate requirements into comprehensive functional specifications.

• Ensure that integrated solutions transition smoothly from design to functional application.

• Coordinate integrations utilizing REST/SOAP APIs to link Salesforce with external platforms and middleware.

• Provide expert-level system administration for customized applications.

• Oversee complex security configurations, custom objects, and automated workflows.

• Collaborate with cross-functional development teams to proactively adapt to evolving project objectives and global goals.

• Own the complete software fulfillment lifecycle.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of practical experience working on the Salesforce platform, specifically focusing on fulfillment process implementations.

• Profound functional expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud and Salesforce CPQ, encompassing product configuration, pricing, and quote-to-order processes.

• Technical skills in Flow, Process Builder, Workflows, Formulas, and Advanced Approvals.

• Experience with SQL / SOQL.

• Background in SFDC integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related discipline.

• Active Salesforce Certifications (Administrator, CPQ Specialist, or Platform Developer) are a bonus.

• Experience in middleware and entitlement systems is a bonus.

• Strong ability to handle ambiguity and a creative problem-solving approach is a bonus.
