Senior Talent Partner – fixed-term

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Serve as a strategic partner for leaders and act as a point of contact for employees in headquarters departments throughout the entire employment lifecycle, from recruitment to separation.

• Empower managers to take charge of hiring by establishing efficient processes, enhancing interview techniques, and assisting with needs clarification during the offer stage.

• Enable, mentor, and challenge leaders to become effective role models for their teams.

• Support leaders in navigating challenging situations such as performance management plans and employee exits.

• Promote an AI-driven approach in HR by utilizing AI tools and automation, identifying new applications, and incorporating them into existing processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources.

• Proven experience in both recruitment and People/HR Business Partnering throughout the entire employee lifecycle.

• Confidence in coaching leaders and managing complex cases, preferably in multi-country environments.

• Familiarity with labor laws in various countries is advantageous.

• Proficient use of AI tools in HR, with a keen interest in automation and process simplification.

• Capability to excel in a rapidly evolving company, quickly adapt, and guide leaders and teams through transitions.

• Organized approach to work, along with empathy and a proactive, collaborative mindset.

• Business fluent in English.

• Proficiency in German is a plus.
