Global Immigration Business Partner – Contractor, Maternity Leave Cover

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as a key collaborator with the Recruiting, Legal, and HR teams on immigration issues across the U.S., APAC, and EMEA, while also offering assistance for other regions as required.

• Oversee the relationship with the immigration vendor to ensure prompt, high-quality assistance and to address any service challenges or escalations.

• Assist immigration specialists by coordinating workloads, offering guidance on intricate cases, and collaborating on the timely resolution of escalations.

• Advise candidates, employees, and hiring teams on immigration pathways and timelines, while proactively identifying risks and prioritizing urgent cases.

• Ensure continuity across ongoing cases and program initiatives, guaranteeing clear ownership, thorough documentation, and effective follow-through.

• Proven experience as a Global Immigration Business Partner.

• Availability to provide maternity leave coverage from November 2026 through June 30, 2027.

• Strong combination of strategic insight and operational expertise.

• Capability to guide candidates and employees through intricate immigration processes.

• Background in managing vendor performance and addressing sensitive or urgent matters.

• Ability to quickly adapt, exercise sound judgment, and deliver consistent support throughout the coverage period.
