📋 Description

• Develop and sustain a pipeline for creator recruitment.

• Execute outreach through Reacher, email, and other authorized channels.

• Discover and engage creators who align with brand identity and campaign objectives.

• Oversee approvals for sample requests and the logistics of creator shipping.

• Verify addresses, shipping information, and the status of requests.

• Ensure consistent demand for samples and avoid stagnation of requests.

• Track the process from recruitment to sample approval, receipt, and posting.

• Facilitate the transition of creators to the community manager post-recruitment.

• Maintain updated lists of creator outreach, statuses, and pipeline reports.

• Assist with TikTok Shop affiliate programs for brands across various digital commerce platforms.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated success in TikTok Shop operations, particularly in managing creator recruitment, sample logistics, and affiliate campaigns.

• Strong proficiency in maintaining organized tracking spreadsheets, monitoring recruit-to-post conversion metrics, and reporting on overall pipeline health.

• Experience in managing high-volume outreach and coordinating comprehensive logistics, including shipping, address confirmation, and status monitoring.

• Availability for a full-time graveyard shift aligned with Pacific/Eastern Time.

• Dependable home office setup for remote work.

• Exceptional written English communication skills.

• Previous experience in a dynamic agency setting, managing multiple accounts simultaneously.
