Technology Enablement Partner – Virtual Partnership

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.

📋 Description

• Act as the main business owner for Virtual Partnership technology platforms and systems.

• Collaborate with Information Technology teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to ensure that systems meet business requirements.

• Create and oversee the Expat technology enhancement roadmap, which includes intake, prioritization, system integrations (both internal and external), and issue resolution.

• Collect feedback from clients, tax professionals, support teams, and business partners.

• Convert business and user feedback into precise requirements, enhancement requests, and suggested solutions.

• Engage in solution design, testing, and user acceptance activities.

• Organize implementation planning for technology enhancements and process modifications.

• Assist with communication, training, documentation, and the adoption of new system features.

• Advocate for the Expat business in technology planning, vendor discussions, and system enhancement dialogues.

• Conduct day-to-day troubleshooting and field support.

• Proven experience in managing business requirements, technology enhancements, system improvements, or product-related tasks.

• Capability to work effectively with Information Technology teams, vendors, and cross-functional business stakeholders.

• Excellent communication skills to convert business needs into clear requirements and actionable plans.

• Experience in gathering user feedback and pinpointing opportunities for process, system, or experience enhancement.

• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage competing demands, and coordinate activities among multiple partners.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.

• Proficiency in supporting testing, implementation, documentation, and the adoption of new capabilities.
