Senior Talent Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Deliver strategic talent sourcing solutions to Cielo’s sourcing teams and client recruitment teams.

• Collaborate with senior leadership and HR departments to comprehend workforce requirements and hiring strategies.

• Formulate strategic talent attraction initiatives that align with business objectives.

• Partner with recruiters and hiring leaders in job profiling, candidate sourcing, assessment, and selection processes.

• Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.

• Advocate for the employer brand and position the organization as a top choice for employment.

• Conduct market research on talent trends, industry benchmarks, and best practices.

• Establish and maintain candidate pipelines for critical and high-demand roles.

• Evaluate candidates through competency-based interviews and assessment tools.

• Promote diversity and inclusion by implementing inclusive hiring practices and diverse candidate slates.

• Utilize data analytics and sourcing metrics to assess talent attraction strategies.

• Manage relationships with recruitment agencies, job boards, and other vendors.

• Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to ensure effective sourcing operations.

• Uphold compliance with labor laws, industry regulations, and data privacy standards.

• Represent the client at networking events, job fairs, and industry conferences.

• Stay abreast of trends, technologies, and best practices in talent attraction.

• Act as a Subject Matter Expert and assist the Delivery Lead with coaching and team guidance.

• Lead team meetings and serve as the primary escalation point for sourcing leadership.

• Support onboarding and training for new team members.

• Identify opportunities for process improvements and propose innovative enhancements for recruitment efficiency.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5 years of sourcing experience in the US market is required.

• Experience in sourcing and/or recruiting talent within the Marketing industry is essential.

• Proficient in English.

• Knowledge of Portuguese is an advantage.

• A High School diploma is mandatory.

• Cielo TalentCloud ACE certification is required.

• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in sourcing or recruiting is necessary.

• Extensive specialized sourcing experience in at least 2 industries is needed.

• Global sourcing experience in these industries is preferred.

• Proficient with applicant tracking systems (ATS), automation tools, and specialized sourcing techniques.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Strong problem-solving capabilities.

• Ability to think strategically and align talent attraction strategies with business goals.

• Strong collaborative skills.

• Comprehensive knowledge of industries, job markets, and talent trends.

• Effective project management skills.

• Proficient in designing talent attraction solutions.

• Ability to leverage data analytics and sourcing metrics.

• Familiarity with labor laws, employment regulations, and data privacy requirements.

• Adaptability to shifting business needs, market conditions, and recruitment challenges.
