This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Provide support for administrative tasks and projects within the recruiting team.
• Source and evaluate candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and employee referrals.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors.
• Assist in the creation and facilitation of offer letters, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
• Initiate and oversee background checks until completion.
• Manage and uphold applicant tracking systems, guaranteeing data accuracy and compliance.
• Create job postings, generate reports, and handle candidate communications.
• Lead and manage multiple recruitment projects from start to finish.
• Identify and implement improvements in processes to boost talent acquisition efficiency and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with recruiters and people leaders to arrange interviews and promote a positive candidate experience.
• Source and manage external talent and talent communities as necessary.
• Ensure compliance with processes and documentation throughout the hiring journey.
• Lead and participate in continuous improvement initiatives within talent acquisition.

• Complete special projects and other assigned responsibilities.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR or Talent Acquisition focused on hiring support.
• Previous experience in project management.
• Proficiency in recruitment software and tools.
• Strong project management abilities with a background in handling complex projects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management capabilities.
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
• Flexibility to adapt to evolving business needs and priorities.
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Bachelor's degree in a related HR field is preferred.
• Previous experience with ATS, background vendors, and/or CRM is preferred.
• Experience using an ATS to manage requisitions, candidates, talent communities, communications, and data insights is preferred.
• Project management experience in the pharmaceutical/life sciences sector is preferred.
• Ability to work 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
• Willingness to travel less than 5%.
