
Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist – Go-To-Market

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Manage the complete recruitment process for GTM positions from initial intake through to offer acceptance, covering Sales, Sales Leadership, Marketing, Customer Success, Partnerships and Channel, Solutions and Sales Engineering, and Revenue Operations.
• Create and implement proactive sourcing strategies throughout Canada and the US, including outreach to passive candidates.
• Collaborate with revenue leaders to gain insights into territory and quota plans, develop role scorecards, enhance job descriptions, and formulate hiring strategies.
• Establish and maintain ongoing talent pipelines and talent maps for consistently needed GTM roles and challenging-to-fill specialist and leadership positions.
• Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, Ashby, ATS systems, job boards, social sourcing, referrals, industry events, and insights from competitive markets.
• Evaluate GTM-specific indicators such as quota achievement, deal size, complexity of sales cycles, territory and segment alignment, technical skills, and customer-facing communication.
• Carry out structured and behavior-based interviews, implementing role-specific evaluation methods.
• Provide guidance to hiring managers regarding compensation expectations, movements of competitor talent, time-to-hire realities, and talent availability.
• Showcase Safe’s products, clients, culture, and stability to prospective candidates.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates, offering updates and feedback throughout the recruitment process.
• Analyze recruitment metrics such as pipeline conversion, source effectiveness, time-to-fill, offer acceptance rates, and hire quality.
• Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for ongoing improvement within the recruitment process.
• Assist with hiring in other business areas as priorities evolve.
• Over 8 years of comprehensive talent acquisition experience, with a strong emphasis on go-to-market, revenue, or commercial hiring, ideally in B2B software or technology sectors.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven track record of successfully hiring quota-carrying Sales positions and Sales Leadership roles.
• Experience in at least two of the following areas: Marketing, Customer Success, Partnerships or Channel, Solutions or Sales Engineering, and Revenue Operations.
• Demonstrated ability in proactive, outbound sourcing for passive commercial candidates in competitive environments.
• Proven success in recruiting within the US and internationally.
• Strong understanding of global GTM talent markets and regional compensation standards.
• Familiarity with sales compensation structures, including base/variable splits, on-target earnings (OTE), commission plans, and accelerators.
• Exceptional structured and behavioral interviewing skills.
• Proficient in utilizing assessment tools such as pitch and demo exercises, mock calls, written work samples, situational judgment tests, or competency-based assessments.
• Excellent communication skills to influence and guide dynamic revenue leaders.
• Strong organizational abilities and time management skills; capable of managing multiple competing priorities and job requisitions.
• Ability to operate with a sense of urgency and adapt to changing headcount needs.
• Experience with Ashby or a similar modern Applicant Tracking System.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, JuiceBox AI, or other professional sourcing platforms.
• Knowledge of recruitment analytics and data-driven decision-making, including GTM pipeline and funnel metrics.
• Experience in hiring for a technical or highly technical product is an advantage.
• Understanding of employer branding strategies and talent market research is a plus.
• Training or certification in structured interviewing or assessment methodologies is a plus.
• Experience in developing diversity sourcing strategies and inclusive recruitment practices is a plus.
