Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete recruitment cycle.

• Conduct launch sessions, along with sourcing, screening, interviewing, selecting candidates, finalizing offers, and presenting them.

• Discover, develop, and execute effective recruitment strategies for positions across Europe.

• Counsel and influence partners regarding talent availability and the attractiveness of positions in the market.

• Establish and foster proactive relationships to create talent pipelines for essential roles.

• Advocate for diversity and inclusion throughout the recruitment process.

• Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws.

• Enhance the nVent brand and establish its reputation as a preferred destination for top talent.

• Assist with Recruiting and Human Resources objectives as needed.

⛳️ Requirements

• Preferred academic background in business, human resources, or a related field.

• A minimum of 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience preferred.

• Proficiency in English is required.

• Fluency in German, Dutch, and/or French is preferred.

• An ideal combination of agency and corporate recruiting experience.

• Proven ability to be results-oriented and proactive.

• Capability to take ownership, explore new methods, and propose solutions that enhance talent acquisition results.

• Experience utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter.

• Documented experience in acquiring and hiring passive candidates.

• Ability to influence partners while achieving business results.

• Strong communication, organization, and negotiation abilities.

• Skills in effective prioritization within a fast-paced, change-oriented environment.
