This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +1 more state.
• Recruit transportation professionals within a civil engineering business context across the northeastern and southeastern regions of the United States.
• Leverage professional experience and networks to source candidates for job openings and establish a talent pipeline.
• Collaborate closely with business leadership to comprehend hiring requirements and formulate targeted sourcing strategies.
• Focus on attracting talent in planning, engineering, and environmental consulting within the Transportation and Infrastructure business unit.
• Utilize industry insights, social media, Technical Operations, and mission-driven knowledge to identify candidates from peer and competitor organizations.
• Analyze market conditions and industry trends pertaining to competitors to inform decision-making and enhance position marketing.
• Source candidates using platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, ZoomInfo, social media, search engines, Boolean searches, and niche job boards.
• Advocate for employer branding through LinkedIn groups, Glassdoor, and online communities.
• Recruit, screen, and conduct interviews with candidates for open roles.
• Identify a substantial pool of qualified candidates for both current and future hiring needs.
• Partner with hiring managers and leaders to tackle challenging-to-fill positions.
• Maintain the integrity of candidate management database information.
• Extract social media data to pinpoint potential candidate profiles.
• Travel domestically to support events and business requirements, up to 15% of the time.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field is mandatory.
• 7-10 years of experience in the social digital and recruitment landscape.
• 7-10 years of experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other comparable sourcing tools.
• 7-10 years of experience sourcing technical talent across planning, engineering, and environmental consulting sectors, including Civil, Structural, Infrastructure, Transportation, Construction, and Water/Wastewater.
• 7-10 years of experience in defining and executing research and sourcing strategies for critical roles.
• Preferred certifications include SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or PHR.
• Intermediate-level skills in leadership, problem-solving, MS Office Suite, organization, and critical thinking.
• Advanced-level communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Innovative, team-oriented, enthusiastic, and detail-focused characteristics.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Industry knowledge with the capability to comprehend relevant skills, target companies, and user groups.
• Willingness and ability to undertake domestic travel up to 15%.
