Senior Talent Acquisition Partner – Technology, AI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Oversee the implementation of effective talent acquisition and diversity strategies, plans, and programs within the Technology sector.

• Serve as a reliable Talent Advisor for the designated portfolio.

• Manage the complete recruitment cycle for candidates and hiring managers.

• Develop proactive sourcing strategies and pipelines to attract diverse, high-quality active and passive talent.

• Provide insights on market trends, talent shortages, and opportunities to guide hiring strategies.

• Utilize data and recruitment metrics to enhance strategies and counsel leaders effectively.

• Build and maintain industry networks while representing TD at recruiting events.

• Collaborate with HR and business leaders to identify needs and shape sourcing strategies.

• Organize workload to fulfill service commitments and adhere to TD quality standards.

• Lead or assist in special projects and initiatives related to talent.

• Stay updated on emerging trends and tools to advance recruitment practices.

• Address escalations swiftly and efficiently.

• Promote a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performance team culture.

• Share expertise, mentor colleagues, and support team growth.

• Communicate with partners and represent TD both internally and externally.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.

• Over 10 years of talent acquisition experience within a large enterprise.

• More than 5 years of experience in recruiting for senior-level technology positions.

• Proficiency in specialized hiring sectors, including AI and Cyber Security.

• Ability to work independently as a subject matter expert with confidence.

• Strong skills in relationship-building and guiding stakeholders.

• Capability to adhere to recruitment policies, processes, and regulatory guidelines.

• High level of risk awareness.
