Senior Talent Acquisition Partner – Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Utilize sophisticated sourcing methodologies to discover and engage both active and passive candidates.

• Develop talent pools for challenging-to-fill positions.

• Act as a brand ambassador for GE Vernova across social media platforms and targeted talent channels.

• Evaluate candidates for their technical compatibility, cultural fit, and leadership capabilities.

• Convert candidate motivations into engaging career narratives.

• Oversee the entire hiring process for roles with varying levels of complexity.

• Ensure precise and timely data entry in the Applicant Tracking System to maintain reporting accuracy.

• Leverage market insights and recruitment metrics to refine hiring strategies.

• Facilitate compensation negotiations and provide guidance to leaders regarding market standards and offer strategies.

• Uphold fair and candidate-focused recruitment practices.

• Implement Lean principles, monitor KPIs, and engage in talent acquisition enhancement initiatives.

• Collaborate with hiring managers and senior leadership to refine hiring strategies and leverage data to influence outcomes.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline — or equivalent professional experience in recruitment, HR, or talent acquisition.

• Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, encompassing sourcing, candidate evaluation, complex offer management, and advising stakeholders.

• Bilingual proficiency in English and French, both written and spoken.

• Preferred: Experience in recruiting for field services, customer operations, renewable energy, or high-volume settings.

• Preferred: Capability to create, segment, and cultivate passive candidate pipelines utilizing a Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) platform.

• Preferred: Familiarity with Workday or a similar Applicant Tracking System.

• Preferred: Experience in both corporate and agency recruiting environments.

• Preferred: Expertise in prompt engineering for AI sourcing and screening tools.
