Senior Talent Acquisition Partner – Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Identify and engage both active and passive candidates utilizing advanced sourcing methods.

• Create talent pipelines for challenging roles.

• Act as a brand ambassador for GE Vernova on social media and specialized talent channels.

• Evaluate candidates for their technical abilities, cultural fit, and potential for leadership.

• Convert candidate motivations into compelling career narratives.

• Oversee the complete hiring process across various roles with differing complexities.

• Ensure accurate and timely data in the Applicant Tracking System to maintain reporting integrity.

• Leverage market intelligence and recruitment metrics to refine hiring strategies.

• Provide guidance to senior stakeholders and people leaders.

• Facilitate discussions regarding compensation and manage complex offer negotiations.

• Advocate for equitable and candidate-focused recruitment processes.

• Implement Lean principles to identify opportunities for process enhancement.

• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and engage in talent acquisition initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline — or equivalent professional experience in recruitment, HR, or talent acquisition.

• Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, encompassing sourcing, candidate evaluation, management of complex offers, and advisory to stakeholders.

• Bilingual proficiency in English and French, both written and spoken.

• Preferred: Experience in recruiting for field services, customer operations, renewable energy, or high-volume settings.

• Preferred: Capability to build, segment, and nurture passive candidate pipelines using a Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) system.

• Preferred: Familiarity with Workday or a similar Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

• Preferred: Experience in both corporate and agency recruitment environments.

• Preferred: Skills in prompt engineering for AI sourcing and screening tools.
