Senior Talent Acquisition Partner – Contract

📋 Description

• Provide guidance to hiring managers regarding role scope, competency frameworks, and interview strategies.

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for complex, critical business roles across Go-to-Market, Customer Experience, Operations, Risk, Payments, and Legal functions.

• Create innovative sourcing methods utilizing LinkedIn searches, social media platforms, networking, and direct outreach.

• Perform structured assessments of candidates to evaluate their capabilities and alignment with company values.

• Oversee the recruitment pipeline from sourcing and screening to scheduling interviews, extending offers, and finalizing hires.

• Keep both candidates and hiring managers informed and engaged throughout the recruitment process.

• Ensure the maintenance of accurate and current recruiting records.

• Collaborate across departments to develop and enhance scalable recruiting strategies, processes, and best practices.

• Maintain clean, reliable data in Greenhouse and/or Ashby systems.

• Monitor KPIs and provide recruiting insights for leadership review.

• Adapt to evolving priorities and hiring requirements.


⛳️ Requirements

• 5-8+ years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner, preferably within a fintech or payments technology environment.

• Experience in hiring across various departments and levels, from individual contributors to executive leadership.

• Proficient in proactive sourcing and headhunting of passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, and networking.

• Demonstrated success in managing multiple full-cycle recruitment processes concurrently.

• Capable of delivering a high-touch, responsive experience for candidates.

• Strong, persuasive communication skills.

• Detail-oriented and structured approach to work.

• Ability to cultivate diverse talent pipelines.

• Experience in recruiting within a B2B payments organization is advantageous.

• Familiarity with partnering with and recruiting for a global team, particularly across US and Israel time zones, is a plus.

• Experience with Greenhouse and Ashby platforms is considered a bonus.

• Must reside in Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Michigan, Minnesota, New York, North Carolina, Texas, Utah, or Vermont.

• Authorization to work in the U.S. is required.
