Senior Talent Acquisition Partner

📋 Description

• Establish strong partnerships with hiring managers and business stakeholders.

• Design and execute recruiting strategies aimed at attracting high-quality candidates.

• Provide guidance to hiring managers and business partners as a talent subject matter expert.

• Evaluate and screen candidates based on predefined criteria.

• Identify, assess, and evaluate candidates utilizing market intelligence.

• Deliver comprehensive recruitment services across various roles and business units.

• Utilize ATS, Paradox, and sourcing tools to enhance and automate hiring processes.

• Leverage data to offer actionable insights and talent acquisition strategies.

• Communicate recruitment updates clearly and proactively.

• Identify gaps in recruiting KPIs and promote continuous improvement.

• Participate in projects aimed at enhancing the recruitment process.

• Adapt to the recruiting needs for both hourly and salaried positions across teams.

• Mentor and assist fellow recruiters.

• Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures, legal standards, and company policies.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4–6 years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience for the Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner role.

• 4–6 years of experience in an internal talent acquisition program or a third-party staffing agency/search firm for the Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner role.

• 1–3 years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience for the Talent Acquisition Partner position.

• Expected to work during Eastern Standard Time hours and be flexible to meet business demands.

• Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree.

• Preferred: 1–3 years of experience as a Talent Partner, showcasing the ability to influence and guide business decisions.
